Our first post, let's talk about the cat scratching posts!

Hi everyone! Tonight is an information post about our cat scratching trees/posts that are made of natural materials, birch, oak and various hardwoods are the trunk, which the cats can scratch easily. 

As the material the cats claw or scratch at, we use natural rope. We also get hold of recycled materials from different thriftshops such as Retro in Pietarsaari, these cat trees in the picture has material from old chairs, which we recycled and fixed.

These scratching posts are of good quality, steady and modern. It makes your home much cozier and more close to nature. 

The cat prefers to scratch on something that is natural and not plastic which most scratching posts are, so therefore we did our own version, the one the cat likes.
